Ogroshor provides question banks, AI-assisted explanations, spaced revision, mock tests, progress analytics, official exam and job signal tracking, and related learning tools for school, admission, competitive exam, and career preparation.
By using Ogroshor, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Who may use Ogroshor
You may use Ogroshor if you can legally enter into these terms or if a parent, guardian, school, or authorized adult agrees on your behalf. Learners under the age required by applicable law should use Ogroshor with parent or guardian supervision.
2. Learning and AI guidance
Ogroshor is designed to support learning. AI Tutor responses, explanations, hints, predictions, readiness scores, and study plans are educational guidance only. They do not guarantee exam success, job selection, admission, or official acceptance.
You are responsible for verifying critical information such as exam notices, application deadlines, eligibility rules, payment instructions, admit-card status, and results through the relevant official source.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your account, phone number, email, OTP, password, and device secure. Do not share account access or attempt to use another person's account.
We may suspend or restrict accounts involved in abuse, fraud, scraping, credential sharing, payment misuse, attacks, or activity that harms Ogroshor, learners, partners, or official-source integrations.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse AI Tutor or automation features;
- scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute question banks, explanations, PDFs, analytics, or platform content;
- reverse engineer, attack, overload, or bypass platform security;
- submit illegal, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or misleading content;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- use Ogroshor for exam cheating, credential fraud, or unauthorized access to official systems.
5. Content and intellectual property
Ogroshor and its licensors own the platform design, software, explanations, generated study flows, analytics, branding, and curated content structures. Some educational or official-source references may belong to their original owners and are used for learning, linking, citation, or public-information organization where permitted.
You may use Ogroshor for personal learning and preparation. You may not commercially copy, publish, mirror, sell, or train competing systems using Ogroshor content without written permission.
6. User content and feedback
If you submit feedback, corrections, notes, answers, uploaded files, or support messages, you give Ogroshor permission to process that content to operate, improve, protect, and support the service. You remain responsible for content you submit.
7. Payments, plans, and subscriptions
Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka. Paid plans may include additional AI sessions, mock tests, offline packs, career tools, analytics, or support access depending on the selected plan.
Payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, cards, or other gateways may apply their own terms. If payment succeeds but access is not activated, contact billing support with your transaction reference.
Refunds, cancellations, and plan changes may depend on payment status, usage, fraud checks, and applicable law. We will communicate material pricing changes before they affect active users where reasonably possible.
8. Official signals and JobStream
JobStream and official-signal features organize public information such as circulars, admit-card notices, results, deadlines, and source links. Ogroshor is not the government, BPSC, Teletalk, an education board, university, or recruiting authority.
Always confirm final circulars, eligibility, payments, application status, admit cards, and results on the official source before taking action.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can request deletion or support. By using Ogroshor, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
10. Service availability
We work to keep Ogroshor reliable, but the service may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance, internet issues, third-party provider outages, official-source changes, model/provider limitations, or security incidents.
11. Disclaimers
Ogroshor is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that all content will be error-free, complete, or suitable for every learner. We do not guarantee admission, exam marks, job results, selection, or official outcomes.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ogroshor is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including lost opportunity, missed deadlines, exam outcomes, job outcomes, data loss, or reliance on unofficial interpretation.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Ogroshor evolves. The updated date will show when changes were made. Continued use of Ogroshor after changes means you accept the updated terms.
